I enjoy Melo Melo for their desserts, which are overall very tasty and enjoyable but this particular location has terrible service. I went an hour before the store closed, which I understand is naturally around the time stores start to clean up. The worker was mopping in the back and instructed me to order on the kiosk. I was going to anyway, but already just the tone of her voice was if she was annoyed. The item I wanted showed as ‘sold out’ but I could see there was plenty of them in the case and I only wanted one. The worker again gave me attitude saying I wasn’t looking in the right section when I told her. She then reluctantly took my order at the register. No thank you, nada, just rushing to put my ONE singular dessert in the bag and rushed me out the store saying I couldn’t sit down. (I wasn’t even planning to anyway, lol) I was trying to be understanding and polite throughout our interaction, and when I said thank you, have a goodnight she totally ignored me and went to the back! Like, come on. I understand if I went into the store 5 mins before close and had some big order, but I went in a whole HOUR before close. I was the only person in the store too. It wasn’t even b

This place is amazing. The yummy coconut jelly paired with fresh fruit purée is so delicious. They have so many different flavors, and the people that work there are so nice. Love everything about it! New fave.

The melo melo is good but the people working are always kinda rude. We’ve probably already bought 100 of these and one time I brought it back because 3 of the real coconut had mold and they told me it was sharpie… really. Coming back after a few month because we obviously enjoy melo melo. The new workers kept rushing me.. I chose 5 already she kept asking me “anything else?” every time I chose one. Literally while I’m naming the flavors I wanted. I was in there for no more than 3 mins and she was rushing me. Idk the service is just always off when I first went the ladies were very sweet and patient. Also she already had the screen ready to pay and I asked to add my phone number to use my points she seemed annoyed.

It's really good dessert and that's my second time. I really love it. And the service is so great. Every time when I feel like l need sweet, just remember to get the melo melo with durian.

Tried Melo Melo for the first time and got the strawberry purée—so good! Light, creamy, and not too sweet, just how I like it. Prices are a bit on the higher side and parking can be a pain, but honestly, totally worth it. Definitely coming back.
